Bread Ministry
Reaching out to welcome our first-time guests to Faith Community and
answering any questions they may have … this is what Bread Ministry
is all about. Each household visited is given a fresh loaf of bread,
current information about Faith Community, and a bottle of water
representing the living water that Jesus offers to all who thirst.(John 4:14).
The only talent required for this ministry is a caring heart
(the gift of hospitality)! The anxiousness of “what do I say” disappears
after one or two visits. Bread Ministry teams gather on Monday nights to
visit our Sunday morning guests. Teams visit up to three households each
week, with the majority of contact conducted on the front porch of guest’s
homes. Visits are usually completed within 5-10 minutes. Most team
members go on visits one time a month.
Want to give it a try without any long-term commitments? You will be
warmly welcomed!

Christmas Eve Donut Delivery
 |
On Christmas Eve, Faith Community families help deliver donuts to people who have to work that evening. It’s easy! Families just grab a box of donuts from a table in the lobby after Christmas Eve worship, and deliver them on your way home. It’s a wonderful Christmas tradition!
