Education and Experience:
Before coming on staff in 2003, Julie worked part-time
in retail while raising her three children, prior to that she worked full time in Department store management. Julie has an Associate’s degree in Business. As Director of Adult Ministries, Julie enjoys connecting people at Faith to small group opportunities where new Christian friendships are formed.

Jennifer Withrow
Director of Missions

Family: Husband David, and four children
Hayes, Camden, Eddilsson, Dulce Maria
Education and Experience:
Jennifer received a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1990 and worked for seven years as a family counselor and Director of an Employee Assistance Program, specializing in Chemical Dependency. Following the birth of her first child, Jennifer stayed home for the next 12 years volunteering in many ministries at church including teaching Sunday school, leading a small group, serving on the Board of ServantLeaders, and leading Guatemala Mission trips. Jennifer accepted the position on staff as Co-Director of Missions in November 2009. She enjoys providing opportunities for others to serve.

Staci Crawford
Volunteer Coordinator / Case Manager

Family: Husband Jim, Son Josh, and Daughter Kailey
Education and Experience:
Before starting as Volunteer Coordinator/Case Manager, Staci volunteered with Faith’s Food Pantry, VBS and Upward programs. Staci has a BA in English from Northern Kentucky University and has worked for a local mortgage company as a closer and for a local real estate company as a real estate agent. Staci has a strong passion for the Missions ministry at Faith and enjoys spreading the word of Christ through outreach to the community.
Responsibilities Include:
· Recruit, train and manage Servant Volunteers for
Missions Ministries
· Coordinated all communications and scheduling for
Servant Volunteers
· Manage the case loads referred to Missions by local
outreach services
· Assist the Director in the planning of outreach
programs like Stepping Forward, Food Pantry, and
Outreach Days

Shan Clesceri
Coordinator of Missions Communications

Family: Husband Vic, and two sons Phillip, and RJ
Education and Experience:
Shan holds a Master of Science in Elementary Education (1997) from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s in Fine Art and Image Production (1991) from Missouri State University. Before relocating to OH in 2007, she worked part-time as a preschool teacher and an artist. Since moving here she has kept busy as a stay at home mom, while dedicating much of her spare time to volunteering with the Children’s and Missions Ministries at Faith Community. She enjoys being in service to others and feels called to share that joy with others via Mission Communications.
