Education and Experience:
Before coming on staff in 2003, Julie worked
part-time in retail while raising her three
children, prior to that she worked full time in
Department store management. Julie has an
Associate’s degree in Business. As Director of
Adult Ministries, Julie enjoys connecting
people at Faith to small group opportunities
where new Christian friendships are formed.

Jennifer Withrow
Co-Director of Missions

Attended FCUMC: Since 1999
Family: Husband David, and four children
Hayes, Camden, Eddilsson, Dulce Maria
Education and Experience:
Jennifer received a Master’s Degree in Social
Work in 1990 and worked for seven years as
a family counselor and Director of an
Employee Assistance Program, specializing in
Chemical Dependency. Following the birth of
her first child, Jennifer stayed home for the
next 12 years volunteering in many ministries at church
including teaching Sunday school, leading a
small group, serving on the Board of Servant
Leaders, and leading Guatemala Mission trips.
Jennifer accepted the position on staff as
Co-Director of Missions in November 2009.
She enjoys working with Tara Yunker providing
opportunities for others to serve.
Shared Responsibilities Include:
· Local, National and International Outreach
and Missions
· Oversee ministry leaders in Missions
· Liaison with Small Groups, Children’s and
Youth Mission
· Vision and development of new Outreach
and Mission programming

Tara Yunker
Co-Missions Director

Attended FCUMC: Since 2008
Family: Husband Tim, daughter Emma, and son
Seth
Education and Experience:
Prior to coming to Faith, Tara helped to establish
Outreach and Mission-based programs at
Shawnee UMC in Lima, Ohio. Additionally, she
volunteered in the Faith Food Pantry & Clothing
Closet, helped with the Buckets of Love and she
and her family went on the mission trip to
Guatemala in 2009. Tara has a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Miami University, and has worked
for several non-profit agencies doing public
relations. As a Co-Director of Missions, Tara
strives to show the love of God to those in need
by giving support and assistance to help
facilitate their growth and independence.

· National Mission Trips
· Breakfast Outreach
· Inter-Faith Hospitality Network
· Holiday Meals & events
