Sunday Morning Worship
Come and experience the presence of God!
We believe in the promise Jesus made that where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them (Matthew 18:20). He is with us intimately – individually and corporately when we gather for worship.
We also believe that each one of us experiences God’s presence uniquely. Faith Community offers two different worship styles because we want you to feel God’s presence in a way that calls to you personally.
Come as you are and worship as you are called to do because … happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship, for they will walk in your presence, LORD (Psalms 89:15).
Offered at 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday mornings in our beautiful Sanctuary
Our traditional worship is filled with beautiful music and great preaching. The service includes traditional prayers, liturgy and hymns for a time of reflection and praise.
Each Sunday’s message draws upon scripture to anchor your faith journey and refresh you with relevant teaching that you can apply to today’s living. We typically take a 4-6 week sermon series to focus on a particular topic. Click here to learn about our current series.
During worship, we sing the familiar hymns of the church and enjoy listening to musical selections from our wide range of musicians. We like to mix things up, so from week to week you may hear selections from our chancel choir, bell choirs, brass ensemble, soloists, instrumentalists and children’s choirs. Periodically, our Acts of Faith drama team will highlight the main topic of the pastor’s message. Communion is typically served on the first Sunday of the month and is open to all Christians who have an understanding of Jesus’ sacrifice.
Offered at 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday mornings in our Christian Living Center
Our contemporary worship service is more casual and informal than our traditional worship service, but includes the same great preaching from our pastors. Click here to learn about our current series.
During worship, we sing contemporary Christian and mainstream songs. The lyrics are projected on screens and you are encouraged to join in singing together with our praise band. Communion is typically served on the first Sunday of the month and is open to all Christians who have an understanding of Jesus’ sacrifice.
Depending on the week, you may also enjoy listening to one of our children’s choirs singing or ringing chimes. Our Acts of Faith drama team occasionally enhances our worship with a skit to highlight the main focus of the pastor’s message.
ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN
We provide nursery care and children’s programming at 9:30 and 11:00 each Sunday morning. This allows you to attend our main worship services while your children enjoy worship with their peers at Faith Kidz Worship.
