David Bridgman

Pastor David Bridgman, a graduate of Otterbein
College and Asbury Theological Seminary, arrived
at Faith Community in July 1997.
During his time at Faith Community, Pastor David
has guided the congregation from a single style
of worship with a weekly average of 320, to
multiple worship services and styles, and
multiple locations. Weekly attendance now
averages around 900 and the children’s Sunday
School program averages nearly 300.
Pastor David and his wife Mim are the proud
parents of Jeremy and Charis. His hobbies
include racquetball, remodeling, woodworking,
snow and water skiing, and golf.

Jon Ferguson
Executive Teaching Pastor

In 2009, Pastor Jon Ferguson joined
Faith Community’s staff. A 2002
graduate of Taylor University, he
earned an MDIV from Asbury
Theological Seminary in 2004.
Pastor Jon preaches weekly and leads
the staff. He oversees Faith
Community’s day-to-day operations,
and is passionate about empowering
our great staff team to build God’s
Kingdom.
Pastor Jon and his wife, Jennifer, are
the proud parents of Jacob, Tyson
and Marissa. In his spare time, he
likes to hang out with his family,
water ski, play team sports, and
work around the house on cars and
computers.

Jenn Lucas
Lead Pastor - Water's Edge Extension Campus

Pastor Jennifer Lucas leads Water’s Edge
United Methodist Church, in Mason. Pastor
Jenn, a graduate of the University of Toledo
and The Methodist School seminary, joined
Faith Community in 2005.
Pastor Jenn has a heart for worship, preaching
and community. She shares in the successes
and struggles of those at Water’s Edge, even
as she helps lead them to a life fulfilled by
God’s word.
Born and raised in the Toledo area, Pastor Jenn
now lives in West Chester with her husband
Troy and their sons, Evan and Carter. Troy is a
Physical Therapist at a local hospital and is an
active part of the Water’s Edge team and is a
children’s small group facilitator.
