David Bridgman
  Senior Pastor

Pastor David Bridgman, a graduate of Otterbein College and Asbury Theological Seminary, arrived at Faith Community in July 1997.   During his time at Faith Community, Pastor David has guided the congregation from a single style of worship with a weekly average of 320, to multiple worship services and styles, and multiple locations. Weekly attendance now averages around 900 and the children’s Sunday School program averages nearly 300.    Pastor David and his wife Mim are the proud parents of Jeremy and Charis.   Caleb Henry
  Associate Pastor

In July 2010, Pastor Caleb Henry joined Faith Community.  A graduate from Anderson University (2007), Caleb earned his Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2010. He will soon be licensed and credentialed as a local pastor inthe United Methodist Church. Pastor Caleb preaches and teaches regularly on Sunday mornings and leads Faith’s Student Ministries (Grades 7-12), where he is devoted to preparing the next generation to grow in their faith and become servants in God’s Kingdom. Prior to coming to Faith, Caleb served at the Indianapolis Peace Institute, working with inner-city youth on conflict resolution. Also, during seminary, he served as a preacher and teacher for two years at Montgomery Ministries in Hopewell, New Jersey. Pastor Caleb is married to Rachel, who participates in Sunday morning worship in the Contemporary services as a vocalist and keyboardist.  For leisure, Caleb enjoys reading, theology/philosophy, yard work, soccer and music. caleb.henry@emailfcumc.net

Jenn Lucas
Lead Pastor - Water's Edge Extension Campus

 

Pastor Jennifer Lucas leads Water’s Edge United Methodist Church, in Mason. Pastor Jenn, a graduate of the University of Toledo and The Methodist School seminary, joined Faith Community in 2005. Pastor Jenn has a heart for worship, preaching and community. She shares in the successes and struggles of those at Water’s Edge, even as she helps lead them to a life fulfilled by God’s word. Born and raised in the Toledo area, Pastor Jenn now lives in West Chester with her husband Troy and their sons, Evan and Carter. Troy is a Physical Therapist at a local hospital and is an active part of the Water’s Edge team and is a children’s small group facilitator. jenn.lucas@watersedgeumc.net
