Sunday Morning Classes

Faith Community has classes that meet at the church on Sunday Mornings. Both are open to new guests and members. Stop by any Sunday … We would love to have you join us!

Beginning Sunday, September 8 we will be offering an additional 9:30 am Sunday School class in Room 202 called “Seekers of the Word” which will be led by Doug Anderson. The class will be joining in the churchwide 6-week study “The Walk.” For more information contact Veronica at

Merriam-Webster defines a Pathfinder as “One that discovers a way, especially one that explores untraversed regions.” And Proverbs 4:26 says, “Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.”The Pathfinders Adult Sunday School at Faith Community is a group of couples and singles who study the Bible, Christian literature, and thought-provoking messages in an effort to become better Christians in all our roles in life. Our path refers to the way we live and what we decide to do with our time on a daily basis. Seeking the path that fulfills the purpose of a Godly life requires continual discernment.

On Sunday, September 8, we will be participating in the all-church study, The Walk: Five Essential Practices of Christian Life by Adam Hamilton.  Following this 6-week series, starting October 20, we will be diving deep into "What is Methodism?".  Please consider joining us each week on Sundays at 8:15 am in Room 202.  We LOVE having new members!

Starting Sunday, September 10 at 9:30 am in the Parlor, the Faith for Today adult class will begin a six-week discussion study on "Questions Jesus Asked." Bonnie Meinking will serve as facilitator, using the leader's guide and video series each week, to review the same question that will be covered in that day's sermon. If you are looking for a way to get more involved with the content, this is a great way to do so! Many in the class are buying the book, but it is not required to be involved in the Sunday morning discussion. If you have questions, feel free to ask Bonnie Meinking ( ).
