Four times a year, Faith Community opens our doors to share the love of Jesus with the families of Butler County Family Promise. During our host week, Faith Community provides temporary housing for local families who are going through transitional homelessness. Unlike many other homeless shelter programs, Family Promise allows the entire family to stay together during this difficult time.
Opportunities to Serve
We will be hosting families the week of March 25 - 29. Friendly, servant-hearted people are needed to help set up bedrooms, provide warm meals for 15-20 people, spend time in fellowship with families each evening, stay overnight at the church each night, and then reset rooms at the end of the week for Sunday worship. Donate Food for the Families
In addition to providing dinner for the families, we also offer breakfast food for the mornings and food for them to make lunches to take to school or the day center. Please CLICK HERE for an online donation form. Thank you!
